В Российской Федерации к товарам может применяться (восстанавливаться) Р.н.б.н. при условии получения надлежащего удостоверения об их происхождении не позднее чем через год с даты осуществления таможенного оформления. В тех случаях, когда импортируемые в РФ товары происходят из стран, торгово-политические отношения с которыми не установлены или когда страна происхождения товара не установлена, ставки ввозных таможенных пошлин, определяемые на основании Закона РФ 'О Таможенном Тарифе', увеличиваются вдвое, за исключением случаев предоставления Россией тарифных льгот, преференций на основании действующих положений указанного закона РФ.
