1 Moore's Law
Закон МураЭмпирическое наблюдение, сделанное в 1965 году (через шесть лет после изобретения интегральной схемы) одним из основателей корпорации «Intel» Гордоном Муром: число транзисторов на кристалле будет удваиваться каждые 24 месяца. Представив в виде графика рост производительности запоминающих микросхем, он обнаружил закономерность: новые модели микросхем разрабатывались спустя более-менее одинаковые периоды (18—24 мес.) после появления их предшественников, а ёмкость их при этом возрастала каждый раз примерно вдвое. -
2 Moore's Law
закон [Гордона] Мура, первый закон Мурав статье, опубликованной в журнале Electronics Magazine (от 19.04.1965 г., с. 114), соучредитель корпорации Intel Гордон Мур показал, что число транзисторов в интегральных микросхемах удваивается за срок от 18 до 24 месяцев. Позже стали считать, что это происходит каждые 18 месяцев (см. таблицу).For the past 50 years, Moore's law accurately predicted that the number of transistors on an integrated circuit would double every two years. — В течение последних 50 лет чётко соблюдался закон Мура, согласно которому число транзисторов в интегральной микросхеме должно удваиваться каждые два года. Выполнение этого закона означает, что каждые три года линейные размеры транзистора в микросхеме должны уменьшаться в два раза. Однако, для того чтобы электрон проходил по межсоединению, ему нужен путь шириной в три атома, таким образом закон Мура примерно к 2025 г. столкнётся с естественным ограничением - невозможностью дальнейшего уменьшения размеров транзисторов. Гораздо менее известен второй закон Мура (Moore's second law), гласящий, что стоимость фабрики, необходимой для производства каждого нового поколения микросхем, удваивается каждые три года.
