денежное обращение
Движение денег во внутреннем обороте в наличной и безналичной формах, обслуживающее кругооборот капиталов, обращение товаров, оказание услуг и совершение различных платежей. Общее количество денег, необходимое для обращения, определяется экономическим законом денежного обращения, выражающим связь таких показателей, как объем денежной массы, сумма цен товаров и услуг, кредит, взаимно погашенные платежи, скорость обращения денег. Так, денежный оборот на конкретный период времени определяется как сумма цен товаров и услуг, реализованных за данный период, увеличенная на сумму платежей по наступившим обязательствам и уменьшенная на сумму цен товаров (услуг), проданных в кредит, плюс количество денег, находящихся в обращении, умноженное на скорость оборота одной денежной единицы за данный период времени (см. Скорость обращения денег). Этот закон отражает основные факторы, влияющие на поддержание устойчивости денежного обращения и товарно-денежную сбалансированность в экономике.
