Тип компьютерной памяти, использующей электрические заряды для сохранения информации о состоянии битов. Такая память требует постоянного обновления ячеек (refreshing).

динамическое ОЗУ
Тип оперативной энергозависимой памяти с очень малым временем доступа. Свое название память получила от принципа действия запоминающих ячеек, которые выполнены в виде конденсаторов. При длительном отсутствии обращения к ячейкам за счет токов утечки конденсаторы разряжаются. Вследствие этого хранимая в них информация теряется, т.е. такая память может работать только в динамическом режиме с периодической регенерацией ее содержимого.
