реднесрочная финансовая стратегия
Финансовая политика, направленная на достижение заданных темпов роста денежной массы и заданной величины потребностей государственного сектора в заемных средствах в процентном отношении к ВВП. Такая стратегия была впервые использована в Великобритании в 1980 г. и была рассчитана на пятилетний период. Она преследовала следующие цели: обеспечить твердую основу для осуществления государственной денежно-кредитной политики, установить контроль за государственными расходами и повлиять на инфляционные ожидания людей. В октябре 1985 г. от стратегии отказались, поскольку задача достижения определенных темпов роста стерлингового денежного агрегата МЗ была снята с повестки дня.
