Посредничество в спорах
Участие третьей незаинтересованной стороны в урегулировании трудовых споров. В некоторых странах разделяют понятия « примирение» (conciliation) и « посредничество» (mediation) в зависимости от степени вмешательства посредников в процесс переговоров: в первом случае посредник воздерживается от участия в дискуссии, а во втором - выдвигает свои предложения по урегулированию спора. Однако в любом случае конечное решение остается за участниками конфликта. В Великобритании в качестве посредника выступает Консультативно-арбитражная служба (см. ACAS).
