Процентная ставка на рынке краткосрочных ссудных капиталов, на основе которой банки кредитуют друг друга. ЛИБОР широко используется в качестве ориентира при определении банками ссудных процентных ставок, а также стоимости производных финансовых инструментов. Ставка фиксируется ежедневно в 11 часов утра пятью ведущими лондонскими банками и может меняться в течение дня.
