Local organization formed in each community where the OTR passes. The objectives of the CTF are to develop a team that can: ensure the community’s obligations in connection with the OTR are met; provide the support services necessary for the movement of the OTR; provide the expertise and resources necessary for the organization of the community celebration; and provide resources for the marketing and promotion of the OTR and OTR events.
