Иногда при "короткой" продаже ценных бумаг возникает ситуация, когда продавец вынужден брать взаймы данные бумаги, чтобы произвести поставку. Если продавец берет ценные бумаги взаймы бесплатно, не уплачивая каких-либо процентов, говорят, что ценные бумаги бесплатно выданы взаймы (loaned flat) -
