На Лондонской фондовой бирже (London Stock Exchange)-ценная бумага, курс которой указан в Официальном списке ценных бумаг, котируемых на основном рынке (main market) Лондонской фондовой биржи, в противоположность рынку ценных бумаг, на нем не котирующихся, так называемому третьему рынку (third market).

В нем также указываются дни выплаты дивидендов и цены, выпуски новых акций для акционеров по льготной цене и т.д. по всем компаниям, акции которых котируются на фондовой бирже (listed companies). Бюллетень известен под названием “Официальный листок”.
