Высшие силы, событие, которое не мог предугадать человек, или которое, даже будучи предугаданным, слишком сильно, чтобы принимать к сведению, например, промышленная забастовка, которая ведет к потере прибыли. A superior force, an event that no human foresight could anticipate or which if anticipated, is too strong to be considered e.g an industrial strike which leads to loss of profits. Circumstances must be abnormal and unforeseeable, so that the consequences could not have been avoided through the exercise of all due care (ERRA Legal Regulation Working Group Terms).
