сокр. LLDCs, LDCs межд. эк. наименее развитые страны (группа развивающихся стран, выделяемая Экономическим и социальным советом ООН; при отнесении стран к группе используются три критерия: а) уровень валового национального дохода на душу населения (в 2003 г.: не более 750 долл. США), б) качество жизни на основе индекса, включающего показатели питания, здоровья, образования и грамотности, в) экономическая уязвимость на основе индекса, включающего показатели стабильности сельскохозяйственного производства и экспорта, доли промышленности и современных услуг в ВВП, товарной концентрации экспорта, размеров населения; список наименее развитых стран пересматривается каждые три года; для включения в список страна должна соответствовать всем трем критериям и ее население не должно превышать 75 млн человек; для исключения из списка страна должна превзойти два из трех критериев в течение двух последовательных периодов пересмотра списка и достичь ВНД на душу населения свыше 900 долл. в год (по определению обзора за 2003 г.); пересмотр состава группы наименее развитых стран проводится раз в три года; по итогам обзора за 2003 г. в эту группу были отнесены 50 стран: Афганистан, Ангола, Бангладеш, Бенин, Бутан, Буркина-Фасо, Бурунди, Камбоджа, Кабо-Верде, Центральноафриканская республика, Чад, Коморские Острова, Демократическая республика Конго, Джибути, Экваториальная Гвинея, Эритрея, Эфиопия, Гамбия, Гвинея, Гвинея-Бисау, Гаити, Кирибати, Лаос, Лесото, Либерия, Мадагаскар, Малави, Мальдивы, Мали, Мавритания, Мозамбик, Мьянма, Непал, Нигер, Руанда, Самоа, Сан-Томе и Принсипи, Сенегал, Сьерра-Леоне, Соломоновы Острова, Сомали, Судан, Восточный Тимор, Того, Тувалу, Уганда, Танзания, Вануату, Йемен, Замбия)See:less developed countries, Economic and Social Council, gross national income, gross domestic product, Augmented Physical Quality of Life Index, Economic Vulnerability Index, Economic and Social Council, Everything But Arms, developing countries, undeveloped countries, Afghanistan, Angola, Bangladesh, Benin, Bhutan, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Kiribati, Laos, Lesotho, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Maldives, Mali, Mauritania, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nepal, Niger, Rwanda, Samoa, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sudan, East Timor, Togo, Tuvalu, Uganda, Tanzania, Vanuatu, Yemen, ZambiaАнгло-русский экономический словарь > least developed countries
