разбирательство споровWhatever the residence of the parties concerned, they agree that in the event of arbitration or Court proceedings or any other dispute resolution procedure the contract shall be interpreted according to the law in force in the country in which the parties have stated in the contract the arbitration is to be held or (as the case may be) in which the ECF Contracts Committee has decided the arbitration is to be held. — Каким бы ни было местонахождение сторон, они соглашаются, что в случае арбитража или судопроизводства или любого иного разбирательства споров контракт должен трактоваться согласно действующему законодательству той страны, которую стороны указали в контракте для арбитража, или, в зависимости от обстоятельств, в той стране, которую для этого определит Комитет по контрактам ЕФК.
