«плодотворность, продуктивность деятельности людей; измеряется количеством продукции, произведенной работником в сфере материального производства за единицу рабочего времени (час, смену, месяц, год), или количеством времени, которое затрачено на производство единицы продукции»[1]. Общественную П.т. (точнее: общественную эффективность труда) принято измерять как отношение физического объема национального до¬хода к количеству живого труда, использованного за год в сфере материального производства. Применяется также аналогичный расчет по конечному продукту народного хозяйства. В теории производственных функций исследуется наряду со средней П.т. P/L также показатель предельной П.т.
