(Dual In-line Memory Module) модуль памяти с двухсторонним расположением микросхем, DIMM-память, модуль DIMMвысокоскоростной модуль памяти на печатной плате с двухрядным расположением микросхем и одним краевым разъёмом для вставления в гнездо системной панели компьютера. Имеет 144 или 168 контактов, причём микросхемы каждой стороны связаны со своими выводами разъёма, что позволяет обращаться к памяти по 64- или 128-разрядному тракту данных с высокой пропускной способностью; длина платы - около 13 см, стандарт JDEC MD-179. Модули DIMM заменили предшествовавшие им модули SIMMАнгло-русский толковый словарь терминов и сокращений по ВТ, Интернету и программированию. > DIMM
