נַכְיָיתָא, נַכְיָתָאf. (preced. wds.) reduction of a debt against a landed security (מַשְׁכַּנְתָּא) by deducting a stipulated amount every year for usufruct. B. Mets.67b top האי משכנתא … לא ניכול אלא בנ׳ where the usage prevails that a land pledge can be redeemed at any time, the creditor must not have the usufruct except for the consideration of a rent deductible from the debt, v. מַשְׁכַּנְתָּא.
