Помеха в супергетеродинном приемнике, возникающая в той же полосе приема, что и полезный сигнал. Для сигналов зеркальной частоты супергетеродинный приемник не обладает селективностью по промежуточной частоте. Наиболее эффективным методом борьбы с такой помехой является выбор более высокой промежуточной частоты (рис. I-1) и использование фильтра предварительной селекции частоты.
