(INSTITUTION) (институциональный инвестор (институт)) Большая организация, например страховая компания, паевой траст, банк, профсоюз или пенсионный фонд крупной компании, располагающая значительными суммами денег, которые она может вложить на фондовой бирже. Институты обычно нанимают своих собственных аналитиков и советников по вопросам капиталовложений. Как правило, они могут более сильно, чем частные инвесторы, влиять на настроения на бирже, а их политика часто может сказываться на ценах акций.
