Реклама, направленная на опровержение рекламного утверждения, признанного вводящим в заблуждение. Как вы думаете, куда исчезли из рекламного лексикона слова «самый», «лучший», «абсолютный лидер»? Туда. Туда, где производители не боятся огромных штрафов и опровержений за то, что их реклама признана «вводящей в заблуждение». Но где это – неизвестно, потому что бояться везде. На самом деле, использовать выражения, доказывающие абсолютное превосходство товара над конкурентами не воспрещается, если есть документальное подтверждение превосходства. В противном случае будет проведена независимая экспертиза (по инициативе заботливых конкурентов, как правило) и, упаси господи, найдут товар лучше. Кстати, так и произошло недавно с одним из известных моющих средств. Вовсе и не лучше всех оно отмывало жир в холодной воде. Конечно, ролик-опровержение производителя снимать не заставили, но «неправомерную» рекламу сняли. К более громким последствиям может привести «умалчивание» некоторых свойств рекламируемого товара. Допустим, в рекламе жаропонижающего для детей не упоминаются противопоказания и побочные эффекты. Ведь бывает такое, правда? Если МАП придет к решению, что такое «невинное» плутовство ущемляет интересы потребителя, обязательно заставит снять конррекламу, т.е. Рассказать все про противопоказания. И даже если контрреклама выйдет всего несколько раз, это все равно может убить спрос наповал. Думайте лучше, дорогие рекламодатели.
