Арона; в работе анализируются цивилизационные и ацивилизационные версии рассмотрения мировой истории и особенности функционирования межгосударственной системы на уникальном отрезке цивилизации; Арон приходит к своему традиционному выводу о неизменности политического характера сферы межгосударственного взаимодействия, проявляющегося в неустранимости межгосударственного антагонизма во все времена; полемизируя в этой работе с Ж.
