Руководящий совет МПК
Орган власти, представляющий МПК. В его обязанности входят утверждение политики и дальнейшая разработка и контроль стратегического направления и целей, определенных Генеральной ассамблеей. В число ключевых ролей Правления входят:
• утверждение программы Паралимпийских игр (видов спорта, дисциплин и мероприятий);
• утверждение ключевых принципов или стратегий, разработанных ОКОИ (например, сервисных уровней и т.п.);
• решение вопросов, связанных с Играми, имеющих политический характер и влияющих на имидж, финансы или правила Паралимпийского движения.

IPC governing board (GB)
IPC Governing Board has the authority to represent the IPC. Its responsibilities include the approval of policies and the further development and supervision of the strategic direction and goals defined by the General Assembly. Some of the key roles of the Governing Board are to:
• approve the Paralympic program (sports, disciplines and events)
• approve key policies or strategies proposed by the OCOG (e.g. service levels, etc.)
• address the Games issues of political nature impacting on the image, finances or rules of the Paralympic Movement.

Games assets
Package of assets which is offered in relation to the Games to TOP partners, broadcasters of the Games, OCOG's Joint Marketing Program participants and any other major Games sponsors, as determined by the IOC and shall include access to first class hotel rooms, tickets, local ground transportation, appropriate parking permits, a certain amount of space in hospitality marquees or lounges, appropriate accommodation for the staff operating franchises and concessions.

функциональные тренировки
Необходимость проведения таких тренировок определяется отдельными функциями совместно с внешними организациями. Эти тренировки вписываются в общие рамки программы оперативной подготовки. Функциональные тренировки могут проходить в форме совместных обсуждений, пошагового разбора действий, кабинетных учений, репетиций или моделирования ситуаций. Формат тренировок определяется самими подразделениями, исходя из того, какие подготовительные мероприятия они сочтут необходимыми.

functional exercises
These exercises will be determined by the individual functions with external agencies, and integrated into the overall framework of the operational readiness program. Functional exercises may include talkthroughs, walkthroughs, tabletops, rehearsals or simulations, however the chosen format will depend on each function and the preparation activities they deem necessary to conduct.

Штаб-квартира медицинской службы Игр оказывает содействие в следующих вопросах: распространение информации о важных медицинских мероприятиях, помощь в рекрутинге волонтеров медицинской службы, управление медицинским снабжением, медицинское обслуживание членов Олимпийской/Паралимпийской Семьи, разрешение вопросов, возникающих в процессе эксплуатации объектов и т.д.

medical headquarters (MHQ)
OCOG's medical headquarters provide a base of operations and communication for the multi-site OCOG medical program implemented at venues, Olympic/Paralympic Village, IOC/IPC hotel, media center(s), as well as community-based EMS dispatch center, hospitals, and clinics. Activities supported by the MHQ include communication related to significant medical events, back-up medical volunteer staffing, medical supply inventory management, Olympic /Paralympic Family case management, resolution of operational issues at venues, etc.
