- ustawa o oszustwach- ustawa stanowiąca, że niektóre rodzaje umów dotyczące na przykład gruntów, małżeństwa i sprzedaży towarów o wartości przekraczającej określoną sumę pieniężną zostaną uznane za nieważne, o ile nie są sporządzone w formie pisemnej i podpisane przez obydwie strony.
