Процедура, разработанная Сигео Синго для переналадки (например, смены пресс-форм) производственного оборудования менее чем за десять минут. Термин «установка в одно касание» (one-touch setup) применяется, когда перенастройка осуществляется менее чем за одну минуту. Конечно, целью всегда остается достижение нулевого времени установки (zero setup), при котором переналадка совершается так быстро, что совершенно не влияет на скорость выполнения работы.
