В состав теплового расцепителя входит биметаллическая пластина, которая при нагреве выше определенной температуры изгибается, освобождая устройство, удерживающее главные контакты. Быстродействие биметаллической пластины прямо пропорционально значению протекающего через расцепитель тока. Тепловой расцепитель характеризуется тепловой инерцией, и после замыкания сработавшего автоматического выключателя время следующего срабатывания расцепителя уменьшается. В регулируемых расцепителях ток срабатывания можно установить в диапазоне от 0,4 до 1,0 от номинального тока.Тематики
