МОК предоставит Оргкомитету «Сочи-2014» следующие базовые услуги в области маркетинга:
• помощь во взаимодействии между Оргкомитетом «Сочи-2014» и Всемирными партнерами;
• помощь Оргкомитету «Сочи-2014» в подготовке семинаров по темам, имеющим отношение к маркетинг-партнерам Игр;
• помощь Оргкомитету «Сочи-2014» в маркетинговой деятельности (включая Спонсорскую программу приема почетных гостей) с целью поддержки имиджа Игр в целом;
• обеспечение персонала Оргкомитета «Сочи-2014» такими образовательными и обучающими ресурсами и/или материалами (презентациями), которые МОК сочтет необходимыми;
• передача персоналу Оргкомитета «Сочи-2014» опыта в области маркетинга, накопленного в прошлом при проведении Игр; и
• обеспечение Оргкомитета «Сочи-2014» такими управленческими сервисами и механизмами взаимодействия, которые, по мнению МОК, будут необходимы для реализации Всемирной программы МОК.

IOC base marketing services
IOC shall provide the following marketing-related base services to Sochi 2014:
• facilitate liaison between Sochi 2014 and TOP partners;
• assist Sochi 2014 in the development of workshops on topics relevant to Games marketing partners;
• assist Sochi 2014 in its marketing activities (including the Sponsor Hospitality Program) to ensure the enhancement of the overall Games image;
• provide such educational resources and/or presentations to Sochi 2014 marketing staff, as the IOC considers necessary;
• share past Games marketing experience with Sochi 2014 personnel; and
• provide such management services and liaison facilities within Sochi 2014, as the IOC deems necessary in order to facilitate the implementation of the TOP Program.
