В случае, если Оргкомитет «Сочи-2014» пожелает предоставить Олимпийские маркетинговые права компании-конкуренту, Оргкомитет «Сочи-2014» обязан прежде получить консультацию Всемирного партнера и убедить его в том, что предоставление таких прав любой компании-конкуренту не будет непосредственно препятствовать Олимпийским маркетинговым правам, предоставленным партнеру, и не снизит их ценность. Более того, в случае, если Оргкомитет «Сочи-2014» предоставит Олимпийские маркетинговые права какой-либо компании-конкуренту с согласия МОК, это не будет означать предоставления компании-конкуренту Олимпийских маркетинговых прав на рекламу или продвижение корпоративного имиджа в целом.

In the event that Sochi 2014 desires to grant Olympic marketing rights to a competitor company, Sochi 2014 shall be required to first consult with the TOP partner and explain to the TOP partner that the grant of such rights to any
competitor company will not directly impede or diminish the value of the Olympic marketing rights granted to the partner. Further, in the event any competitor company is granted Olympic marketing rights by Sochi 2014 with IOC consent, Sochi 2014 may not grant Olympic marketing rights to a competitor company for general corporate image advertising or promotions.
