(IDA) (Международная ассоциация развития) Филиал Международного банка реконструкции и развития (international Bankfor Reconstruction and Development (IBRD)), создан в 1960 г. для оказания помощи наиболее бедным развивающимся странам (тем, где валовой национальный продукт на душу населения составлял менее 835 долларов). Вместе с Международным банком реконструкции и развития эти организации называются Всемирным банком (World Bank). Фонды Ассоциации развития формируются путем членских взносов и за счет трансфертов из чистой прибыли Банка реконструкции и развития.
