Парижским клубом льготные условия реструктуризации государственного внешнего долга развивающихся стран, попадающих под действие Инициативы в отношении бедных стран с высоким уровнем задолженности; имеют четыре варианта: сокращение долга, сокращение платежей по обслуживанию долга, капитализация замороженного процента и нельготное увеличение сроков платежа; вариант сокращения долга предусматривает срок погашения в 23 года, льготный период в 6 лет, использование рыночной процентной ставки и сокращение текущей стоимости долга на 80%; механизмы сокращения платежей по обслуживанию долга и капитализации замороженного процента предусматривают срок погашения долга в 40 лет, льготный период в 8 лет, сниженный по отношению к рыночному уровень процентной ставки и сокращение текущей стоимости долга на 80%; с 1999 г. заменены Кельнскими условиями)See: -
