валовая продукция
Статистический показатель, характеризующий объем продукции народного хозяйства, сфер и отраслей экономики, объединений и предприятий в денежном выражении. Исчисляется главным образом по заводскому методу (в некоторых отраслях — по валовому обороту) как сумма произведений оптовых цен на объемы продукции. (В валовую продукцию включается также прирост остатков незавершенного производства. Поэтому в том же смысле часто применяется термин валовое производство.) В.п. для групп предприятий, передающих друг другу полуфабрикаты, а часто и готовые изделия (комплектующие), неизбежно содержит повторный счет. Это относится и к отраслям, и ко всему народному хозяйству в целом. В.п. в бывшем СССР длительное время использовалась как основной показатель государственной статистики, что приводило к существенным искажениям. Достаточно сказать, что простая реорганизация, например, выделение цеха в отдельное предприятие или наоборот, объединение двух предприятий в одно, существенно меняло объем В.п. соответствующей отрасли, тогда как на самом деле никакого изменения объема реально производимой продукции не происходило. Поэтому много лет в печати шла дискуссия о недостатках В.П., для оценки работы предприятий предлагались разные показатели-заменители В.п. (например, в 60-годы активно проводились экономические эксперименты по так называемой НСО – нормативной стоимости обработки). Действительно, В.п. содержит большой повторный счет, однако, несмотря на столь существенный недостаток, этот показатель необходим для ряда общеэкономических расчетов. Прежде всего, В.п., или валовой продукт, — один из основных показателей межотраслевого баланса. Для отрасли — это общий ценностный объем произведенной продукции. Если рассматривать его с точки зрения распределения продукта (т.е. по строкам межотраслевого баланса), то В.п. — сумма промежуточного продукта и конечного продукта данной отрасли. Если же рассматривать этот показатель с точки зрения затрат на производство продукции (т.е. по столбцам межотраслевого баланса), то В.п. образует сумму текущих материальных затрат, амортизации и чистой продукции.(Подробнее см. в статье Межотраслевой баланс).
