Обобщающий показатель СНС (System of National Accounts), позволяющий балансировать доходы государства с его расходами.Балансовая статистика ВНП основывается на положении учения Дж.Кейнса о том, что доход, созданный в процессе производства товаров и услуг, равен их рыночному объему (Keynes J. Емкость рынка оценивается в национальном счете производства путем суммирования объема реализации на внутреннем рынке товаров и услуг, предназначенных для конечного потребления населения, учреждений, капитального строительства, чистого экспорта. валовой процент
Объем процента по определенному займу или депозиту до уплаты налога. Ставки процента могут называться валовыми (например, на правительственные ценные бумаги) и чистыми (как в случае депозитов большинства строительных обществ или банков). Чистый процент равняется валовому проценту за вычетом налога по базовой ставке подоходного налога. Любые выплаченные налоги обычно, но не всегда, представляют кредит/льготу с точки зрения новых налоговых обязательств. С 1991 г. лицам с низкой зарплатой и тем, чьи доходы не подлежат налогообложению, предоставлена возможность получать валовые проценты по счетам в банке или строительном обществе.
