Опорная орбита, на которую помещается спутник при двухимпульсной схеме выведения его на заданную орбиту. Использование опорной орбиты обычно позволяет снизить энергетические затраты ракеты-носителя по сравнению со случаем прямого выведения на заданную орбиту.
