ФНД «Коммуникации»
Во время Игр основная обязанность ФНД «Коммуникации» будет заключаться в предоставлении достоверной информации и своевременном реагировании на запросы СМИ, а также в создании положительного имиджа Олимпийских и Паралимпийских зимних игр. Функция «Коммуникации» будет осуществлять все коммуникации, связанные с кризисными ситуациями, и принимать участие в работе групп по урегулированию кризисных ситуаций во всех случаях, когда положение расценивается как кризисное.

Communications FA (COM)
At the Games time the main responsibility of the Communications function will be to provide transparent information and timely responses to the media, as well as presenting the best image possible of the Olympic and Paralympic Games. COM will handle all crisis communications, and take part in the crisis management groups for every issue identified as a crisis.

ФНД «Логистика»
Основная роль ФНД «Логистика» во время Игр — это поддержка закупочных процедур в связи с непредвиденными обстоятельствами, а также выполнение ряда других задач. Функция управляет центральным складом и складскими помещениями на объектах и с помощью автоматизированной системы управления активами осуществляет контроль уровня запасов. В случае низкого уровня функция «Логистика» направляет запрос на закупку, который позже обрабатывает ФНД «Закупки».

Logistics FA (LOG)
Main role of the Logistics FA during the Games is to support contingency procurement, as well some other tasks. Logistics manages the central warehouse and venue warehouse and by means of automated asset management system controls the inventory level. In the case this level is low, the logistics function initiates the purchase request which is further processed by Procurement FA.

ФНД «Распространение билетов» является ключевым элементом в подготовке и проведении Олимпийских и Паралимпийских игр. На эту функцию возлагается контроль работы всего персонала, разработка технологий и политик для распространения билетов на все мероприятия в ходе Олимпийских и Паралимпийских игр, а также координирование продаж билетов непосредственно перед началом и во время Игр в целях обеспечения заполняемости стадионов; урегулирование (в сотрудничестве с ФНД «Управление объектами» и «Организация мероприятий») на объектах проблем, связанных с билетами (например, утрата билетов или задержка мероприятий из-за погодных условий).

Ticketing function is a key ingredient to the operations of the Olympic and Paralympic Games. TKT will provide and control all staff, technology and policies for the delivering of ticketing services to all sessions during Olympic and Paralympic Games as well as coordination late and Games-time sale of tickets in order to support archiving full stadiums, managing ticketing problems at venues, i.e. lost tickets, weather delays (in collaboration with Venue Management and Event Services).
