Совет может сопровождаться усиливающим жестом: правая рука вытянута в сторону собеседника, указательный палец вытянут, остальные согнуты и прижаты к ладони, повёрнутой тыльной стороной к говорящему. Жест употребляется большей частью в общении с детьми, возможно ироничное употребление.• Стандартное полное выражение совета, обращённое к лицу с равным или более низким социальным статусом.Ich möchte Ihnen/dir einen Rat geben. — (Я) хочу дать вам/тебе совет. / Я хочу вам/тебе кое-что посоветовать.

• Совет-подсказка знакомому, ребёнку. Употребляется в неофициальном общении.Willst du meinen Rat hören? Ich würde an deiner Stelle — Вот тебе мой совет: на твоём месте я бы... разг.
• Совет взрослого ребёнку, более искушённого — новичку. В последнем случае имеет оттенок снисходительности.Du musst meinen Rat nicht befolgen. Mach nur, was du für richtig hältst! umg. — Можешь не / необязательно следовать моему совету. Делай (только) то, что ты сам считаешь правильным / верным.

• Заинтересованно-вежливый совет лицу с равным социальным статусом. В зависимости от ситуации может звучать иронично, с издёвкой.Das würde ich Ihnen nicht raten/empfehlen. — (А) вот (этого) я бы вам не советовал/не рекомендовал. разг.
• Советы-рекомендации врача, побуждающие пациента к определённому поведению.Sie müssen weniger essen und dürfen keinen Alkohol trinken. — Вам надо быть умереннее в еде и отказаться от употребления спиртного.
• Совет общего характера, может быть дан врачом пациенту.Man muss in allem Maß halten: im Essen, im Trinken, im Sport usw. — Во всём нужно знать меру: в еде, в питье, в спорте и т.д.
• Советы этического характера лицу с более низким социальным статусом — подчинённому, ученику.• Конкретный совет-побуждение.• Бытовые советы-побуждения, употребляемые также и в рекламе.Kaufen Sie ruhig mal diese Wurst! umg. — Я вам очень рекомендую/я бы вам очень рекомендовал эту колбасу!
