сокр FEPC; истФедеральная комиссия, созданная в соответствии с указом президента Рузвельта [ Roosevelt, Franklin Delano (FDR)] от 25 июня 1941 с целью предотвращения дискриминации в фирмах-получателях военных подрядов. Свои задачи практически не выполняла и на многочисленные нарушения не реагировала. Была распущена в 1946.
