президент МОК
Президент представляет МОК и председательствует на всех мероприятиях МОК. Президент может действовать или принимать решения от имени МОК, если условия не позволяют Сессии или Исполкому МОК сделать этого. Такие действия должны быть незамедлительно переданы на утверждение компетентного органа. (См. Правило 20 Олимпийской хартии)

IOC president
IOC President represents the IOC and presides over all its activities. The President may take any action or decision on behalf of the IOC when circumstances prevent it from being taken by the Session or the IOC Executive Board. Such action or decision must be submitted promptly for ratification by the competent organ. (See Olympic Charter Rule 20)
