Harpocr., der auch eine Stelle der Art aus Hyperid. anführt. – Im attischen Recht, ein Einwand gegen die Gültigkeit einer Klage, Exception, nach Poll. 8, 57 ὅταν τις μὴ εἰςαγώγιμον εἶναι λέγῃ τὴν δίκην, ἢ ὡς κεκριμένος ἢ ὡς ἀφειμένος, ἢ ὡς τῶν χρόνων ἐξηκόντων –, ἢ ὡς οὐ παρὰ τούτοις κρίνεσϑαι δέον; ein Beispiel ist Dem. or. 32; vgl. 21, 84; εἰ μὲν καὶ ἄλλοι τινὲς ἦσαν ἠγωνισμένοι τοια ύτην παραγραφήν, Isocr. 18, 1.
