Точка, в которой процесс обслуживания вызова приостанавливается и происходит обращение к процедуре, описывающей логику предоставления услуг. Для каждого набора услуг назначаются свои статические точки в соответствии с заданными критериями, например, определенного сочетания цифр в набираемом номере и др.
