Документ с подписями и печатью (deed), который полностью оформлен, но выдан с условием, что он не вступит в силу до наступления какого-либо определенного события. Сразу после того, как произойдет указанное событие, документ вступает в силу и уже не может быть аннулирован. В банках часто открываются условно блокированные счета, на которых аккумулируются средства, предназначенные для уплаты налогов, страховых премий по полису страхования, заложенной недвижимости и т.д.
