Уровень безработицы
Количество временно безработных в процентном отношении к общей численности рабочей силы. На практике определить уровень безработицы довольно сложно, поскольку невозможно получить точные данные о количестве безработных. Например, некоторые люди официально не регистрируются как безработные и, следовательно, не попадают в их число. В Великобритании принято рассчитывать два показателя уровня безработицы: первый - на основе подсчета заявителей (см. Claimant count unemployment measure) и второй - на основе принципов расчета уровня безработицы Международной организации труда (см. International Labour Organization). Данные по уровню безработицы используют для сравнения возможностей трудоустройства во времени и между странами. Они также свидетельствуют о степени занятости ресурсов или степени отставания фактического ВНП от потенциального, что приводит к дефляционному разрыву. См.
