все данные и предложения программы в языке Лисп представлены в виде S-выражений. По определению, S-выражение - это либо атом (atom), либо список (list), либо точечная пара (dotted pair), либо объект, образованный из конечного числа атомов, списков и/или точечных пар. S-выражение не являющееся атомом называется составным (composite).
