индекс условий ведения бизнеса
Международно признанный инструмент оценки благоприятности условий для ведения бизнеса в рыночных экономиках. Ежегодно публикуется Всемирным банком на основании собранных по 185 странам мира сведений о количестве требуемых властями той или иной страны от бизнеса процедур, их сроках и стоимости. Сведения собираются по десяти разделам: например, таким: регистрация нового бизнеса, получение разрешения на строительство, подключение к системе электроснабжения, Учитываются также вопросы прав собственности, налоговые, таможенные и др. условия ведения бизнеса. По каждому из таких разделов устанавливается свое ранжирование, а затем эти данные сводятся в общий рейтинг. В 2012 году Россия в рейтинге условий ведения бизнеса оказалась на 112 месте из 185. Это объективно отражает низкое качество предпринимательского климата, сложившегося в стране за последние годы.
