Изъятие инвестиций
Закрытие или продажа компанией одного или нескольких действующих подразделений или целого филиала. В случае ликвидации одного из предприятий средства от его продажи направляются на рационализацию производства и оснащение оставшихся подразделений современным оборудованием. Ликвидация целого филиала представляет собой более серьезное стратегическое решение. Оно может отражать целый ряд соображений, в частности желание отказаться от убыточного бизнеса, стремление высвободить денежные средства и управленческие кадры, занятые в периферийном бизнесе с целью более эффективного их использования в других сферах, переосмысление всей стратегии компании с точки зрения возврата к основному роду деятельности. Наконец, изъятие инвестированных средств может потребоваться для того, чтобы избежать противодействия со стороны государственных органов, проводящих конкурентную политику, особенно в случае слияний и поглощений. При изъятии инвестиций одной компанией у других компаний появляется возможность расширить сферу своей деятельности (см. Diversification) и увеличить свою долю на рынке. (US=Downsizing). Dividend. Дивиденд. Часть прибыли акционерной компании, которая выплачивается акционерам и представляет собой доход на вложенный ими капитал. Дивиденды обычно выражаются в виде процента от номинальной стоимости обыкновенных акций или фиксированной суммы на акцию. Dividend cover ratio/times covered ratio. Коэффициент дивидендного покрытия. Показатель степени обеспечения выплаты дивидендов за счет прибыли. Коэффициент выражается как отношение прибыли после уплаты налогов и других вычетов к общей сумме дивидендов.
