Круговой поток – это непреднамеренные потоки электроэнергии при движении электроэнергии от производителя к нагрузке, делящиеся по множественным параллельным маршрутам. особенно относится к потокам электроэнергии по непреднамеренному маршруту, отклоняющемуся от самого прямого географического маршрута или контрактного маршрута.
