Информация может включать в себя бизнес-данные, голосовые данные, изображения, видео, и т.п. Информационные технологии часто используются для поддержки бизнес-процессов при помощи ИТ-услуг.

The information may include business data, voice, images, video etc. Information technology is often used to support business processes through IT services.
