В регулируемых расцепителях имеется возможность регулировать ток срабатывания в широком (до 10 раз) диапазоне, что позволяет легко настроить автоматический выключатель под конкретные требования защиты. Кроме того, такую регулировку можно использовать для обеспечения селективности срабатывания автоматических выключателей.
