Центральный отдел в структуре ОКОИ, который отвечает за обеспечение своеобразия бренда Игр и за визуальные средства решения этой задачи. Кроме того, он оказывает помощь в брендировании и дизайнерские услуги всем остальным подразделениям ОКОИ. Основная задача отдела управления брендом и зрительной презентации бренда – разработать и воплотить в жизнь своеобразие единого бренда Игр, отражающего замысел города-организатора и его иерархию ценностей.
