TOP partners, in recognition in particular of their long standing support of and contribution to the Olympic and Paralympic movement, shall be positioned by Sochi 2014 and the ROC as the highest level of Olympic marketing partners. Sochi 2014 may promote its highest level of sponsor in the same group as the TOP partners.
