накладная КДПГ
Юридический договорный документ, между грузоотправителем, перевозчиком и грузополучателем, который стандартизирует условия, определенные договором международной дорожной перевозки грузов, в частности, в отношении используемых документов и ответственности перевозчика в целях упрощения международных автодорожных перевозок и международной торговли. Для того чтобы использовать накладную КДПГ, по меньшей мере одна из стран, осуществляющих международную перевозку (страна отправления или назначения), должна быть Договаривающейся стороной Конвенции о договоре международной дорожной перевозки грузов (КДПГ). Для международных автодорожных перевозок этот документ должен содержать сведения, предписываемые Конвенцией КДПГ: дату отгрузки, наименование товара, подлежащего перевозке, имя и адрес перевозчика, наименование получателя, срок доставки, стоимость перевозки. Накладная подписывается перевозчиком и грузоотправителем. Накладная не является товарораспорядительным документом, не может быть индоссирована, груз выдается указанному в ней получателю

Legal contractual document between a consignor, a road transport operator and a consignee, which standardizes the conditions governing the contract for international road transport, particularly with respect to documents to be used and the carrier’s liability with the aim of facilitating international road transport and international trade. To use the CMR note, at least one of the countries involved in the international transport (of origin or of destination) should be a contracting party to the CMR convention
