излишек потребителя
Разница между тем максимумом, который человек готов заплатить за товар (приобретенной полезностью товара) и рыночной ценой этого товара (т.е. оплаченной частью полезности). Цена товара для потребителя представляет собой его издержки при потреблении этого товара. Для совокупности потребителей излишек равен площади между кривой спроса и рыночной ценой (ее уровень обозначен p0 на рис. И.3.).
