1. The listing in the Constitution of the Russian Federation of the fundamental rights and freedoms shall not be interpreted as a rejection or derogation of other universally recognized human rights and freedoms.2. In the Russian Federation no laws shall be adopted cancelling or derogating human rights and freedoms. 3.
